About the ACC

Your Architectural Control Committee members volunteer their time to serve. We are also your neighbors. We all have jobs, families, and our own lives just like everyone else. The ACC is responsible for ensuring the Covenants and the restrictions are followed. This keeps our neighborhood uniform and protects our property values.

If you are planning to make any improvements to the exterior of your property such as adding a fence, garden shed, garden fencing, or if you plan on painting the exterior of your home or replacing your siding, you must contact the ACC prior to scheduling the work to be done. Only approved exterior colors may be used, and must first be verified and approved by the ACC. You may find the list of approved colors by clicking the button on this page.

ACC Approved Home Colors

You must fill out and submit an ACC Request form prior to beginning your project. The ACC request form is found here on this page, and also under the "FORMS" tab.

Architectural Request Form

This form must be printed, filled out completely.  Please allow 7 to 14 business days after the ACC receives your request to receive an initial response. You may not begin your project without prior approval.
